Vegetable Stock

Ingredients

1 carrot

1 turnip

2 onions with skins

6 peppercorns

1 swede

2 leeks

4 large stalks celery with leaves

Other vegetables can be used

Description

(GF, DF, NF, YF, V)

Directions

Chop all vegetables and add to a large stockpot with 12 cups of water Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 hours.

Strain and allow to cool Store the stock in the refrigerator or freezer.

Alternatively an all natural real vegetable stock from the supermarket is a good substitute.
